No. Struth doesn’t generate or lodge compliance documents. It holds the checklist your tech fills in and signs on site, with photos, filed against the building.

Can I see the history for one lift?

Yes. Every callout and service sits under that building with its notes and photos, so the next tech knows what was done last time.

Who takes the after-hours calls?

The AI receptionist answers, works out what the fault is and books it. A missed call still becomes an enquiry with the number on it.
