Here’s exactly what moves between them

No mystery, no “contact us”. Four things sync. That’s the lot.

  • Struth → Xero

    Invoices

Raise an invoice in Struth and it lands in Xero: line items, GST, the customer, the lot. No re-keying, no copy-paste at night.

  • Both ways

    Payments

Mark a job paid in Struth or reconcile it in Xero. Either way, both sides stay matched. The “is this paid?” guessing stops.

  • Both ways

    Customers

Add a customer once. They’re in Struth and Xero, kept in step: change an address in one and it updates in the other.

  • Struth → Xero

    Supplier bills

Bills off your Struth purchase orders show up in Xero ready to pay, so what you spent on the job is on the books, not in the glovebox.

The 8pm problem

The worst part of the books is typing everything twice: once in Struth, again in Xero. Struth does the second bit. No Sunday-night re-keying.

Watch one invoice make the trip

    Tap “Connect Xero”

It’s in Settings → Accounting. One button.

  2. 2

    Log in to Xero once

You approve it on Xero’s own screen. We never see your password.

  3. 3

    Done: it syncs from here

Every invoice and payment from now on flows across on its own.

No setup fee. No accountant needed. Nothing to migrate. It starts from the day you connect.

“I used to lose every Sunday squaring up the books. Now the invoices are already there when the accountant logs in. She reckons it’s the tidiest data she’s had off a tradie.”

Straight answers

The real questions, answered straight.

When can I use the Xero sync?

MYOB syncs today. The certified Xero app rolls out Q3 2026. Start free now and you’ll be connected the day it lands. No extra step, no waitlist.

Which way does it sync?

Invoices and supplier bills flow from Struth into Xero. Payments and customers sync both ways. You raise an invoice once, in Struth, then mark it paid in either spot and they stay matched.

Will this mess up my existing Xero?

No. It adds invoices, payments and customers to Xero. It doesn’t touch your chart of accounts, your bank feeds, or anything that’s already in there.

Does my bookkeeper or accountant have to do anything?

No. Your invoices and payments show up in Xero like they always have, just without you typing them in twice. Most of them thank you for the tidy data.

Does it cost extra?

No. Every integration is in the one price: $49 per person, per month ($39 annual). No “Premium” tier to switch it on, no per-connection fee.

What if I’m mid-financial-year?

Fine. It starts syncing from the day you connect. There’s nothing to back-fill and nothing to migrate.

Do I need Xero to use Struth?

No. Struth runs on its own. Xero (or MYOB) just saves you the double entry if you already keep your books there.

Stop typing invoices twice.

14 days free. No card. Cancel anytime. $49 a person after that. Every integration in.
