Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Struth. By signing up you're agreeing to them. We've written them in plain English. No tricks buried in the fine print.

1. The basics

Struth is job-management software for trade businesses, run by Ninja AI Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 688 779 393), Sydney, Australia. "You" is the person or business using it.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if something looks off. You need to be 18+ and running a legitimate business to use Struth.

3. What you pay

$49 per user, per month on monthly billing, or $39 per user, per month if you pay annually. Add or remove people and we pro-rata it. Payment processing runs through Stripe at their standard rates. We don't mark it up. Prices can change, but we'll give you a month's notice before they do.

4. Your data is yours

Everything you put into Struth (customers, jobs, invoices) belongs to you, not us. We only use it to run the service for you. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. Export it any time; take it with you if you leave.

5. Fair use

Don't use Struth to break the law, spam people, or try to break the service for everyone else. Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp) has fair-use limits. You'd have to be sending thousands a month to hit them.

6. Cancelling

Cancel any time, no questions, no exit fees. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can export your data on the way out.

7. The legal bit on liability

We work hard to keep Struth reliable, but we provide it "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll tell you by email and update the date at the top. Keep using Struth after that and you're accepting the new version.
