Yes. $59 a user a month ex GST, or $49 a month billed yearly. GST is added at checkout and, like Tradify and Fergus, you claim it back on your BAS.
When you don't pick up, it answers in your business's name, works out what the caller needs, books the job into your schedule or takes the message, and texts the caller a confirmation. Every call lands in your inbox with a transcript. It's $99 a business a month because it costs us real money per call, and because not everyone wants it — so it's a switch, not a tax on every seat. 150 answered calls are included, then 50¢ a call. Your first 30 days are free.
Yes. Yearly is $49 a user a month, billed once. If you cancel inside the first 30 days we refund the lot; after that we refund the unused months pro rata. Monthly is $59 and you can cancel in the app any time. Either way you can export your data on the way out.
Add a person and we bill them pro rata from that day. Remove them and the next bill drops. On a yearly plan a new seat is charged for the months left in the year, at the yearly rate.
No job caps. Quotes, invoices, reminders and booking confirmations go by SMS at no charge, within fair use. Every module — forms, certificates, purchase orders, job costing, timesheets, supplier pricing — is in every seat. If a feature is on the site, it's in the price.
Nothing. Export from Tradify, Fergus, ServiceM8, AroFlo or a spreadsheet, and we bring across customers, jobs, price lists, and open quotes and invoices. Most crews are running in a day. It's included because we'd rather have you than charge you.
