Pricing questions, answered.
Are there any add-ons or hidden costs?
No. $49/user/month, or $39 if you pay yearly, is the lot. SMS, calls and WhatsApp are included (fair-use limits: you'd have to be sending thousands a month to hit them). Stripe payment processing is at Stripe's standard rates, not marked up.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Export your data on the way out. It's yours.
Do you really do data migration for free?
Yes. Send us a CSV from Tradify, ServiceM8, Fergus or Xero and we'll import customers, jobs, invoices and history. Usually done in 24 hours. Walk through the result on a free 15-min call before you commit.
What about GST?
Both prices ($49 monthly, $39 annual) are ex-GST. You're GST-registered, so you claim the GST straight back. It's not a real cost to your business. The competitor prices we quote are taken directly from each vendor's AU page. Tradify shows ex-GST, Fergus and ServiceM8 show inc-GST.
What if my crew grows?
You pay $49 for each new person ($39 on annual), end of story. No tier upgrades, no surprise bills. Add or remove users mid-month and we pro-rata the bill.
What if I'm doing 1,000 jobs a month?
Doesn't matter. We don't cap jobs. Run as many as you want. (ServiceM8 charges $349/month past 500 jobs. Worth knowing if you're a high-volume crew.)
How does the free trial work?
14 days, full features, no credit card. Set up in 10 minutes. If you don't keep using it, just walk away.
