Where do enquiries come from?
Phone calls, texts, emails, your website's enquiry form, and anything you add yourself. They all land in the same list.
What happens when I miss a call?
The call still creates an enquiry with the caller's number. If the AI receptionist is on, it answers instead — works out the job and books it in.
Is Enquiries included, or is it extra?
It is in the seat price. Every feature is on for every user from the first click — no tiers, no per-module fee, no job caps. The only optional extra in the whole product is the AI receptionist answering your phone.
