You describe the job and it drafts the quote from your own price list and rates. You check it and hit send — nothing goes out on its own.
What does the customer see?
A clean, branded quote page on any phone or computer. They can accept and sign right there, and you are told the moment they do.
Is Quotes included, or is it extra?
It is in the seat price. Every feature is on for every user from the first click — no tiers, no per-module fee, no job caps. The only optional extra in the whole product is the AI receptionist answering your phone.
Does it work on the phone as well as the laptop?
Yes, and it is the same product on both. Not a stripped-down companion app — the crew on site can do what you can do at the desk.
Do I have to move off Xero or MYOB?
