No. They get a normal email with a PDF purchase order, like the ones they already handle.
How do POs meet the books?
A completed PO becomes the bill, and the bill syncs to your accounting package.
Is Purchase orders included, or is it extra?
It is in the seat price. Every feature is on for every user from the first click — no tiers, no per-module fee, no job caps. The only optional extra in the whole product is the AI receptionist answering your phone.
Does it work on the phone as well as the laptop?
