Do texts really come from my business number?
Yes. Texts send from your Struth business number — the same one customers call.
Is Email & SMS included, or is it extra?
It is in the seat price. Every feature is on for every user from the first click — no tiers, no per-module fee, no job caps. The only optional extra in the whole product is the AI receptionist answering your phone.
Does it work on the phone as well as the laptop?
Yes, and it is the same product on both. Not a stripped-down companion app — the crew on site can do what you can do at the desk.
Do I have to move off Xero or MYOB?
No. Keep your accounting where it is. Struth syncs to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks so nothing is entered twice.
