What can it actually do?
Answer the call, work out what the job is, take the details, and book it into the calendar under the rules you set. Anything it cannot handle becomes a message with the caller's number.
What if it can't help the caller?
It takes a message and creates an enquiry with the caller's number and the transcript. Nothing is lost.
Is the AI receptionist included, or is it extra?
It is the one optional extra in the whole product — switch it on when you want it. Everything else in Struth is in the seat price, for every user, with no tiers.
Does it work on the phone as well as the laptop?
Yes, and it is the same product on both. Not a stripped-down companion app — the crew on site can do what you can do at the desk.
Do I have to move off Xero or MYOB?
No. Keep your accounting where it is. Struth syncs to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks so nothing is entered twice.
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes to be running, and we bring your old data across free — from Tradify, Fergus, ServiceM8, AroFlo or a spreadsheet. Usually done inside a day.
What if my trade does this differently?
